What to expect

When can I expect my package to arrive?

Packages are delivered within the first week of every month. If we are sending perishables you will receive notification and an exact delivery date in advance.

Do you have a customer referral program?

Yes! We’re all about connecting and growing community. Get 10% off your next month's bag when you refer a friend who subscribes to Locally Obsessed. Have them enter your name in the appropriate section of our sign up form, if they forget send us an email and we'll hook you up! If you paid upfront for your six month / one year subscription, you will receive a code for 10% off the first month when you renew.

Can I pause my subscription?

Going out of town? Subscriptions can be paused at any time! Just enter the length of time and select the month you would like your subscription to resume.

Can I receive my bags at different intervals?

Too much of a good thing? If you would like to continue to receive Locally Obsessed, but reduce the frequency, you can switch your billing to every other month or every three months below. We’ll close off your monthly billing for you :)

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! Have you thought about pausing or reducing your frequency?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however, if you have been billed for the next month, you will receive that as your last order and payment will not be refunded.
